Carol McCullough
Do you have what it takes?
Carol McCullough has more than 20 years of experience in retained executive search. In 1994, she established her own retained executive search firm, The Mac Search Group, LLC. Her approach is to establish close working relationships with a limited number of clients in the consumer, information,health care and technology sectors. She recruits senior level executives across all functional areas. In 2010, Ms. McCullough was engaged by the hedge fund, Bridgewater Associates, as a consultant focused on senior level hires.
She began her career in recruiting with Russell Reynolds Associates where she headed research in the firm’s corporate headquarters in New York. Additionally, she was a member of the firm's Consumer Practice focused on the execution of senior level executive and board searches in this sector. After leaving Russell Reynolds, Ms. McCullough joined Kenny, Kindler, Hunt and Howe, a boutique retained search firm in New York City. She continues, to this day, her association with Hunt Howe Partners as a strategic partner on many of their senior searches. Additionally, Ms. McCullough has worked over the years with the outplacement firm, Right Management, as a Career Management Consultant. She advised senior executives in transition on job search strategies, interviewing skills and resume writing. She has taught classes on how to use LinkedIn as an effective search tool. A graduate of St. Joseph’s College with a BA in English, Ms. McCullough received her Master’s in Library Science from Simmons College in Boston, MA.


Peter Dubner, MBA

Peter Dubner is an Executive Career Coach with a strong marketing and business background and has helped hundreds of executives achieve successful career transitions.
For the past nine years, Peter has worked with Right Management (a global career and talent management firm) and also in his own career practice.   Prior to that, he worked for GE Capital, most recently as SVP and Chief Marketing Office for GE Real Estate, a then $40 billion commercial financing business.   He held previous executive roles in Marketing, General Management, Finance, Risk, and Operations in a number of GE’s financial services, industrial and consumer businesses.  
Peter is Co-President of the Association of Career Professionals, Southern Connecticut/Westchester and is a frequent contributor to community career service activities.
In addition to career coaching, Peter does strategic marketing consulting and financial planning, and holds a patent for Investment Strategy.   He has taught at Sacred Heart University, is an active musician and composer, and is an avid student of Behavioral Finance.
Peter holds an MBA from Columbia University and is a graduate of a number of GE training programs including GE’s Financial Management Program.

Sally Arconti

Sally Arconti believes in career re-invention. Highly accomplished in the field of corporate human resources leadership, Sally took a more entrepreneurial approach in her own career by becoming an independent consultant in 2010. Prior to striking out on her own, she was a Human Resources Executive at well known fast paced global companies including Procter & Gamble, Gillette and Duracell. There she worked with senior business leaders to develop and implement human resources strategies and pragmatic business solutions that engaged employees, transformed organizations and improved business results. Today, as principal of The Arconti Group, LLC and senior consultant with GlobalEdg, Sally works with clients from a variety of different industries including several local not-for-profit organizations. Her work continues to focus on how best to align the talents and interests of individuals and organizations so that organizations and the people within them thrive and realize their full potential. Sally has coached hundreds of individuals at the executive and professional level on career development/management. While leading the outplacement practice in Connecticut for Right Management from 2008-2010, Sally worked with people in career transition to assist them in achieving their career and life goals. Sally holds a B.A. from Western Connecticut State University. She attained certification in executive leadership in the Executive Leadership Program through the Generative Leadership Group. Sally is married to Tom, her husband of 33 years and Principal of Arconti Financial Advisors. Sally and Tom reside in Danbury, CT.
